Your program disk contains a variety of examples of ways to control the DG24 Digital I/O Board. Example programs are included written in BASICA and Turbo Pascal, and examples are given to demonstrate the use of CALL statements and assembly language code for applications requiring high- speed data transfers. Considerations are also presented if you want to program the DG24 using FORTH. Descriptions for each group of programs is given in those files with the extension ".DOC". There is a document file for each of the sub- directories contained on the disk. Refer to your DOS user's manual for information on accessing subdirectories. Before running any of the programs on this disk, we suggest that you review the information given in the document files. Use the DOS CHDIR (CD) Command to list the files contained in each sub-directory. As utility programs are added as updates to the Program Disk, they will be documented in files named README1.DOC, README2.DOC, etc. Although all the programs contained on this disk have been thoroughly checked, we would appreciate your comments and suggestions for any improvements or additions.
